• We do not prepare food; all food quality concerns must be addressed with the restaurant.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or restaurant operations.

• We do not guarantee order availability; restaurants may cancel or modify orders.

 

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Rapid Eats, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Orders & Payments

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

• If an order is incorrect or missing items, you must contact the restaurant directly.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension.

 

5. No Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

• Rapid Eats is not responsible for food quality, temperature, or portion size.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order, you must resolve it with the restaurant.

 

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline but are not guaranteed.

• If a driver cannot reach you upon arrival, the order may be left at your location.

• You accept full responsibility for your order once it has been delivered or picked up.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Rapid Eats for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform.

• Misrepresent information or impersonate others.

• Abuse, harass, or threaten customers, restaurants, drivers, or staff.

Violating these rules may result in account termination.

 

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

• Drivers using Rapid Eats are independent contractors, not employees.

• We are not responsible for driver behavior, vehicle conditions, or timeliness.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Eats is not liable for:

• Food safety, preparation, or quality.

• Delays or failed deliveries caused by third parties.

• Loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Eats is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All logos, content, and software on Rapid Eats are protected by copyright and trademarks. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.
